indexNote is a clinical documentation tool. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to healthcare data.
Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create using indexNote. We retain ownership of the indexNote service, including its design, code, and branding.
Limitation of Liability
indexNote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, indexLabs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to indexNote at our discretion, with or without notice.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of indexNote after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
